Why the extra constraints?

My Files table has a one-column primary key named PK_Files, clustered. When I run a fragmentation query I get results like this:

IdxName.................................................FragmentationPercent
PK_FILES................................................3.86617100371747
PK_FILES..................................................0
UQ__FILES__6784C9A507C3191E.........7.86026200873363
UQ__FILES__E663DF79B226A959.........92.0834524149757

I don't understand the redundancy. Also I don't remember creating any unique constraints.  Can I safely delete the last 3 constraints? I only want one constraint on this table - the PK.
