Hi Experts,
I have got 117 GB database, I took backup, it just took 20 minutes to backup.
when I try to restore it is taking much time from past 20 minutes not even 10 % progress, and when I checked the size of backup file it is 54601.500672 GB and I think it will take hours together to restore.
So, why is that when the database is just 117 GB and backup file is 54601.500672 GB.
Can you please help me out with this issue as I need to restore to configure mirroring.
Version is SQL SERVER 2008R2.
