Microsoft Assessment and Planning Tool find wrong version of SQLs.

Here is the Dilemma:

I ran The Tools to Find installed SQL Servers in Network. 

Previous SQL DBA installed SQL Server Enterprise without knowing that we ever use Enterprise features and cost a lot of money.

Now I downgraded (uninstalled and installed new standard) SQL server from Enterprise to Standard using this process.

Now I again run the MAP tool but it still saying the version is Enterprise even the VM I shutdown still showing it is active. How is that possible.
