Hi Team,
I have below queries and want to know how does the licensing impact for SQL enterprise and how much license eventually we need? Any inputs will be appreciate.
1. SQL version is SQL 2014 Ent. edition x64
2. We will have 3 node WSFC. Node 1 and node 2 in WSFC will be running SQL multiple instances (around 10) as FCI in primary datacenter.
3. Node 3 will be places in DR datacenter and will be running 10 SQL instances as standalone.
Just want to check if number of instances would impact the number of SQL licenses? or it will be still core based?
