SQLExpress 2014 and SQLserver 2014 database in the same PC

Hi 

My company applied MSDN subscription   mean while i downloaded SQLExpress2014  .  Can I install SQL server 2014  in the same machine. ? I would like to keep SqlExpress and SQLSERVER 2014 in the same PC .
