db mail send to exchange local mail

Hi Guys

I'm trying to send an Email to local -internal- exchange mail useing sql server db mail,

I've ceated a new account profile I manage to send email to gmail using google SMTP server also outlook SMTP server  both sent successfuly

now I want to send a local email on our local network using sql server db mail,  is it possible ?? what kind of information I need to do it ?
